Michael G. Degroote School of Medicine One of Top 50 in the World

The Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine has been named one of the 50 best medical and pharmacy programs in the world.

The list, put together by TheBestSchools.org and based on the Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s latest international rankings, placed McMaster’s school at 46th in the world and a top-three school in Canada. Institutions were scored based on academic and research performance, number of highly cited researchers, awards, publications, and more.

McMaster is a top 50 school in categories including clinical medicine, pre-clinical medicine and health in four other 2015 international rankings.
