WRC Faculty Announcement: Research Lead

The Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University – Waterloo Regional Campus (WRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Jones, PhD(c) as Research Lead effective May 1, 2020.

Aaron is currently finishing his PhD with the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence and Impact at McMaster University. He has a Master’s degree in biostatistics and several years of work experience in the home care sector in Ontario, as well as supporting undergraduate students at McMaster through teaching and research advising. Aaron’s research interests include the effectiveness of home care services, the interaction between home care and other sectors of the health system, and applied statistical modelling.

Aaron Jones will be a key addition to the Waterloo Regional Campus Research Team. His responsibilities will be to develop and coordinate undergraduate research opportunities for the WRC medical learners while forging research liaisons with Faculty, Hospitals and health care research institutions in region.
