WRC Faculty Announcement: Simulation Lead for Medical Education

The Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University – Waterloo Regional Campus  (WRC), is pleased to announce the appointment Dr. Krista Dowhos, as interim Simulation Lead for Medical Education effective June 1, 2021 until January 31, 2022.

Dr. Dowhos is an Emergency Medicine physician who will join the Grand River and St. Mary’s Hospitals Emergency Departments medical staff in July. She will be leading the WRC Simulation Centre on an interim basis during the maternity leave of the current Simulation Lead, Dr. Mallory Fox.  Krista will be responsible for the continued local development and implementation of simulation-based content, resources and activities for WRC UG and PG medical trainees.
